My name is Chris Dodge and I live right here in the great state of Tennessee. My family and I are full adventurers filled with passion to see the amazing things our state has to offer. We are avid hikers and have explored many different places in Tennessee and beyond but we are always thankful to be living in such a glorious state.
I remember the first time I looked into a kaleidoscope as a kid. I was in grade school and someone was carrying around this glass-type toy that everyone was looking into, so when it was handed to me I didn’t quite know what to expect. Once my eye peeked through the little hole, however, I was thrust into a foreign world of spinning colors and shapes. As I twisted the toy, the whole display moved in a spellbinding and mystical way that my elementary mind could not comprehend. I am a firm believer in not losing that childlike wonder now that I am an adult, and I am glad to see I am not alone because there is a new lazy river experience in Tennessee that captures this sense of awe and encapsulates the magic of this child’s toy in a whole new way.
I don’t know about you, but this new lazy river experience in Tennessee has me pretty excited. Step back into a state of child-like wonder and awe as you float down the most unique river in the whole world. For more information, please visit the Wilderness at the Smokies website. Then to book a room, please visit our friends at Hotels.com to make a reservation at the Wilderness at the Smokies.
Just down the road from Wilderness at the Smokies is a notorious upside-down building called Wonderworks. It is another family-friendly attraction in Tennessee and I highly recommend adding it to your trip!
