Whether you’re indulging in Knoxville or Memphis or some tiny town in-between, it’s the true crown jewel of southern cuisine. With so many to choose from in the Volunteer State we decided to scope out one that may not be on your radar – and we found it in Spring Hill.
Jack of Hearts BBQ has been a local community fixture in Spring Hill since 2010. In the last eight years, it has become the go-to catering spot for not only Spring Hill, but Franklin and Columbia as well.
The entire establishment is simple and to the point: order at the counter and indulge in good bbq. Whether you're looking for a sandwich or a platter, there's sure to be something delicious on the menu that will leave you happy and sated.

Local tip: order extra white sauce! It truly is delectable, and a slight jog away from the classic bbq. It really is an indulgence, but one you won't want to miss.
