Franklin, Tennessee, a once-quiet enclave located about 30 minutes outside of Nashville, has experienced an incredible boom in recent years. Folks from out of state have flocked to the once-small town for the schools and the beauty of the land. Tucked away in Franklin, you’ll find Herban Market, a delicious restaurant and gourmet grocery that serves up seasonal dishes in a darling, rustic space. We visited for ourselves and were pleasantly surprised by the darling locale. Learn more about it below and grab a meal – or a coffee! – the next time you’re in Franklin.
Herban Market is tucked away off of Maddux Way in Franklin, Tennessee, and is known for providing organic meals and wholesome groceries. Whether you're shopping or dining in, it's a fabulous place to frequent.
Everything on-site is made from scratch, and there's even an in-house bakery! If you're in need of caffeine, make sure to check out the espresso bar. You'll find banana pancakes for breakfast, and even tacos!
The rustic-inspired interior has an upscale edge to it, and you'll love the wooden tables and incredible service. Check out the olive oil bar if you're looking to try something new, or grab a snack on one of the grocery shelves.
We'd recommend the burgers and sandwiches, including a salmon burger made from a wild-caught salmon patty, or the chicken salad BLT. Every meal is made fresh to order, so you can be sure quality is of the essence!
