The Green Cove Store & Lodge is located on the riverfront in the Cherokee National Forest and boasts world-famous trout fishing on the Tellico River and a whole heap of Southern hospitality. You'll find the Green Cove Angler Store and Lodge tucked away a mere 20 miles from the beautiful expanse of Tellico Plains, Tennessee. You can't miss that green sign, can you? It's as iconic as the little gem of a shop itself.
The Green Cove Angler is truly off-the-grid, but you'll find all of the supplies you need for local trout fishing, adventuring, and the fixin's for a homemade meal. It's a great spot to stop for supplies or just a quick chat before you head off to hike, kayak, or fish in the Cherokee National Forest.
The Green Cove Angler is located seven miles past Bald River Falls. You'll drive through some of the most beautiful country in Tennessee to get there, from forested roadways to lush, expansive meadows.
Inside, you'll find everything from fishing supplies to hunting licenses to ice cream. It's true! Green Cove Angler is a one-stop-shop that's quite literally the last stop before you find yourself in the midst of the National Forest.

You can visit the famed Green Cove Angler Store & Lodge from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. The store is closed from Monday to Thursday.
