My name is Chris Dodge and I live right here in the great state of Tennessee. My family and I are full adventurers filled with passion to see the amazing things our state has to offer. We are avid hikers and have explored many different places in Tennessee and beyond but we are always thankful to be living in such a glorious state.
There is a popular waterfall swimming hole in Spencer, Tennessee, that is so much more than just a place to dip your toes. In fact, you can enjoy the whole area without even touching the water. Cane Creek Cascades is a beautiful waterfall to enjoy any time of the year, but there are a few more points of interest along the way to make the most of your time in the Fall Creek Falls State Park, where it is all located.
You can experience more than just a waterfall swimming hole in Spencer, Tennessee – you can hike across a suspension bridge and witness a massive waterfall overlook. Most people will visit Fall Creek Falls, the tallest waterfall east of the Mississippi River, which we also highly recommend, but don’t miss this excellent spot when you are in the park. For more information about the park, head on over to the Fall Creek Falls State Park website. Also, make sure to check out this Adventuring in the Moment video to get a good glimpse into this part of the park.
