If you’re looking to take a step back in time in tandem with a little something good to eat, then you don’t want to skip out on the Frosty Mug Drive-In. It’s the kind of restaurant you visit when you only have a couple of bucks in your pocket and want to be treated kindly and well, where you go when you just can’t fight the urge for a burger any longer, and nothing sounds better than a sundae topped with hot fudge. Although Harrogate may seem a little further off the beaten path than normal, we promise: Frosty Mug Drive-In is worth the drive.
...and it absolutely should. The Frosty Mug Drive-In is a vintage-inspired eatery that serves up good, old-fashioned fare. Don't expect any kind of frills or fancy inclusions here, because you're going to find yourself sorely disappointed. Instead, prepare yourself for everything from a great hot fudge sundae to a savory burger topped to the nines.
The menu at the Frosty Mug Drive-In is simple, with options ranging from a bacon hamburger to chili cheese fries and a foot-long hot dog. The "Sampler Platter" includes poppers, potato skins, chicken strips, and cheese sticks, and the kids' meals include grilled cheese, corn dogs, hot dogs, or chicken nuggets.
Just look at those layers! Delicious. The prices are incredibly affordable as well. At only $4.79 a pop, anyone can splurge for a jumbo bacon cheeseburger.
Don't skip out on the ice cream menu either, friends! Enjoy a "shook up" shake in flavors like butterscotch and strawberry, or choose a hand-dipped soft serve cone for just $1.49.
You don't have to take your meal to-go either, especially if you'd rather enjoy your burger and fries beneath the awning at the Frosty Mug Drive-In's outdoor eating space. It's a great spot to feed your little ones without worrying about the car upholstery!
