Well, two brothers have created a cool and unique experience right here in Tennessee and it was all made for the love of pasta. The two owners are the Nicoletto brothers and they don’t take themselves too seriously. Even though growing a pasta business in a competitive world is a serious endeavor, they still like to squeeze the fun out of it, which is exactly how I like my carb-filled meals to be.
Their story isn't without trials and tribulations, however. When tragedy struck in their family with the death of their father, the two brothers banded together to create a brand-new family business -- and in the process, they discovered they had quite a talent for making dried pasta!
So after a year of tinkering with a vintage bronze-cut pasta machine, they found the perfect formula. They were ready to show the world what they discovered, and so Nicoletto’s Pasta Co. was born. It started in 2016 and since then has taken off to be one of the best pasta places in our capital city!
Not only do they sell their own fresh pasta but they also serve it at their unique and hip locations where you can order a bowl and eat outside in the beautiful Tennessee weather we are so blessed to have.
You can choose from a salad, sandwich, or make your own pasta bowl with a variety of their signature sauces, pasta, and toppings. It doesn’t get much fresher than straight from the machine to your bowl!
If you want to try your hand at making your own brilliant creations, at home you can pick up a box to take with you. They also now ship it straight to your door, so you can stretch those culinary skills. One of the reasons I love Italian food so much is because it is like a blank canvas and allows for a multitude of flavors and combinations to be added.
You can also get their signature sauce which comes in a variety of flavors. One of the things that sets Nicoletto’s apart from the rest is the way they cut their pasta. It is designed in a way to give a rough texture which allows the sauce to grip on and bring out the flavors in an incredible way. If you want the best combination then make sure you pick up a jar of their sauce and taste the difference.
