Tennessee is the perfect getaway for vacationers of all kinds, but if you’re a wine fan then there’s truly nothing better than a trip to The DelMonaco Winery & Vineyards. Located in Baxter, Tennessee, not far from Cookeville, the expansive and locally owned business is well known for its beautiful location as well as its quality product. It’s easy to get to and difficult to forget, so we’d highly recommend visiting sometime during the warmer months. You can try every wine on the menu for a mere $10, and you may just be tempted to take one (or two?) home with you.
DelMonaco Winery & Vineyards is located in Baxter, Tennessee, and has become a true destination for wine lovers from all over the state. It's become well-known due to its partnership with the Tennessee Central Railway that brings visitors to the vineyard on its "Wine on the Rails" excursion train.
You'll find a variety of wines available on-site, as well as a gift shop and a tasting room. Of the 14 wines available for purchase you'll find everything from semi-sweets to dry reds, dry whites, and fruit wines.
DelMonaco Winery was founded in November of 2008 and has quickly grown into a 52-acre experience. Family-owned and operated, you'll find that the hospitality at the winery is top-notch and that everyone is truly excited about the task at hand: providing quality wines.
Locals rave about how beautifully maintained and lovely the area is, and the wine selection is truly expansive. You can order wine by the glass, flight, or bottle. The winery also offers daily tours and tastings.
You can try any three wines for free upon your visit to the winery, or you can choose 5 for $5, or try all 13 for $10. You can also enjoy the tasting alongside a tour with a souvenir glass for a mere $15 a person.
