Dating back to 1907 an Italian man named Frank Varallo started his chili restaurant. After trying his recipe in the local scene he knew that his own place would be the answer to everyone’s chili needs.

So during the early years of the 1900s this restaurant started. Surviving the Great Depression and two World Wars, this place really worked its way into history. Although the Varallo family no longer runs it the legend lives on through the Peabody family.
