There is just something refreshing about getting away from all of the man-made things in our lives and getting in a natural setting that does the body good.

When they say "tiny cabin" they really mean it because this wooden building is less than 180 square feet. However, clever use of the space provides plenty of room for amenities. Inside you will find a loft bed for two, a kitchen with a stovetop, sink, and mini fridge, and - against all odds - a *full* bathroom!

The property has a few other cabins scattered around, but you will have privacy while staying as a guest in the Tiny Owl. This is, after all, a *relaxing* retreat, I recommend taking it easy and just explore the grounds. What you will find as you meander around are hiking trails, a creek, and a beautiful pond.

If you're itching to explore and looking for a fun day trip, I would suggest heading to the Great Smoky Mountains. Less than a 40-minute drive from this cabin puts you at the Greenbrier area of the Smokies. This is a lesser-traveled road that follows along a river that leads to hiking trails and waterfalls. It is a great place to sit by the rocks and have lunch, or simply explore the woods on a short walk.

If you didn’t bring your lunch, Hungry Bear BBQ is located right across the road from the entrance to the Greenbrier area.

Whenever you make your way back to your cabin, make sure you book a session in the sauna. For an extra fee, you can spend time in the wood fire sauna and have it all to yourself.

If a hot tub is more your style, make your way back to your cabin to soak in your own private hot tub. Just a few steps from the tiny cabin you can melt away in the warm bubbly water before retreating to bed for the night. Now that sounds like a great way to end any day!
