There’s nothing better than a great coffee shop, and roughly an hour outside of Nashville, Tennessee you’ll find the ever-charming 1819 Coffee. Whereas third-wave coffee has made a solid move in Music City, the still rural Thompson’s Station remains staunchly rooted in families and small businesses. 1819 Coffee is beautifully situated on a historic piece of land in a stunning old manor house, and it’s quickly become one of the most frequented shops in the sleepy little town.
1819 Coffee is located in the historic Thompson's Station home known as Homestead Manor. Built, fittingly, in 1819, it has served as everything from a Civil War hospital to a locally lauded restaurant.
The property itself consists of 48 beautiful acres, and the coffee shop is perfectly situated at its heart. With airy, sun-drenched workspaces and a coffee bar with all of your favorite drinks on the menu, it's a great place to meet friends or get a little work done outside of the house.
You'll find most visitors enjoying a cup of coffee in the coffee shop itself, but you can also head just across the patio to the manor itself for a series of cozy rooms and quiet nooks perfect for meetings.
Hungry? Make sure you leave room for one of the quality, rotating sweets and treats available at 1819 Coffee. Coffee drinks are made with a signature blend sourced from Narrow Gate Coffee Roasters.
Come for the coffee, stay for the community. 1819 Coffee is a beautiful place to spend a morning or an afternoon, to chat the day away with new friends and old. It's been stylized to encourage community, and we're happy to report it has been wonderfully successful.
Have you visited 1819 before? Do you think you'll be planning a trip out, even just for a quick cup of something delicious? 1819 is currently open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays.
Isn’t this just the most beautiful coffee shop you’ve ever seen? We’re completely in love with 1819, and you can learn more about this stunning spot with a visit to its official website and Facebook page.
