The state hosts a conglomeration of contemporary eateries, modern dining experiences and cozy, homey mom and pop shops that make for a perfect meal. These fifteen restaurants are scattered across the state, and each has garnered rave reviews by locals and tourists alike over the past year. Tailor is sitting pretty as Nashville's premier "unique dining experience," and it was even listed as one of Bon Appetit's top restaurants in the nation for 2019. It's quite an honor for such a new eatery! The culinary genius of Vivek Surti shines through the South Asian American cuisine that makes up the intimately designed menu. Reservations are required, and there are two seatings available for guests, one at 6 p.m. and the other at 8:30 p.m. from Thursday to Sunday.
Most folks know Superica due to its highly popular reign in Atlanta, but the Tex-Mex restaurant has made its way to Nashville amidst grand fanfare. Come for the classics like fajitas and nachos, and stay for the queso fundido. The tacos al pastor are a scene-stealer, and the cocktails are strong and made fresh to order.
The extensive selection of Spanish wine paired with a fabulous, tapas-centric menu has elevated Paloma in the eyes of the nation.
