It’s here and it’s happening! We’re stoked to celebrate the country’s birthday at the Rose Bowl Stadium. Following the 2020 virtual event due to the pandemic, the annual Americafest July 4th celebration is back to its roots with an in-person celebration. The theme of this year’s event is Celebrating America’s Perseverance – an ode to the strength and unity we have exhibited throughout the pandemic.
Rose Bowl Stadium will open its doors this Sunday to welcome tens of thousands from Pasadena and beyond for a full day of tailgating, patriotic festivities, and entertainment, including the world-renowned fireworks display and motorcycle stunt show.
Per the schedule, the 2021 Americafest program lineup will start with an energetic 30-minute show by the TNT Freestyle Motocross, a group notable for thrilling stunt shows and entertainment. Their first act will begin at 6:30 pm and the second, 8:00 pm.
Later on in the evening, you will enjoy an hour-long musical performance by Mendeleyev and his band. He’s best known for being a contender on The Voice and for the success of his debut album, Juxtapositions.
The annual event will close with the highlight of the night, a display of fireworks by Pyro Spectaculars by Souza. Donors and supporters stand to gain VIP field viewing access and goodies, including a gift bag, Rose Bowl commemorative blanket, and BBQ dinner.
