The city of Palos Verdes Estates is the oldest of the four cities located on the bluffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Though part of Los Angeles County, Palos Verdes Estates offers a feeling of both rural and island life just outside the city.

Due to its location, most people drive right past on the freeway and may not even realize this virtually isolated paradise exists! Lying on the coast, the community enjoys sweeping scenic views, natural beauty, hiking trails, and an amazing place to call home.

The majority of residents own their homes and enjoy a tight-knit community atmosphere. It is not cheap to live here, but the investment grants residents many exclusive and luxurious amenities, a peaceful environment, and an upscale lifestyle.
