I was born and raised in sunny Southern California and will never tire of the West Coast, although I spent several years living in Southeast Asia, about as far from California as you can get. Immersive and interactive experiences have been popping up all over Southern California and have become quite popular, from famous paintings and illusions to fairytales and dinosaurs. At “The FRIENDS Experience: The One Near Long Beach,” you will be able to explore recreations of the most memorable sets from your favorite show at the Lakewood Center. The experience will be open Wednesdays through Sundays, from June 23 through September 17, 2023.
Enter the world of FRIENDS, literally, and relive all of your favorite moments, from playing poker in Monica and Rachel’s Kitchen to listening at their green door in the famous hallway.
Have you always imagined dancing around with your friends at the fountain at the beginning of every episode, accidentally taking “the best nap ever” with your buddy on Joey’s yellow sofa, or wearing all of Chandler’s clothes? The wait is over.
Make a bet with someone as to whether you can fit inside Joey’s hand-built entertainment center, play a quick game of foosball, then pop up your recliners in perfect sync to enjoy a slice of pizza.
