The Laguna Beach Festival of Arts is back this summer with its mission to promote and encourage the appreciation, study, and performance of the arts. The 2021 Festival of Arts Show is set in a beautiful open-air gallery of Terra Laguna Beach and will run from July through Sept. 3. Let’s take a look:
The highly acclaimed juried fine art show is currently exhibiting the works of 100 plus top-ranking Orange County artists. From 4-11:30 p.m on weekdays, you can enjoy art in various forms, including photography, painting, glass, and ceramics.
On weekends, the show starts at 10 a.m., giving you ample time to browse the exhibits, interact, and purchase directly from the artists. You will also enjoy live music performances and art demonstrations on select days.
The admission fee varies, depending on the age of the individual. On weekdays, it ranges between $5 to $10; on weekends, $5 to $15.

The award-winning exhibited artists present varying mediums, techniques, artwork styles, and perspectives. Collectively, they create a rich pool of artistic wonderment and diversity that avid collectors and festival goers can benefit from.
While on the artistic high, make sure to check out the Junior Art Exhibit. Since its inception in 1947, it has become an integral part of the summer show. The exhibit features works by over 300 students, carefully selected by art authorities from a mountain of submissions.
Another exhibit to explore is the Art-to-Go exhibit. It is a fundraising program featuring donated art pieces that can be purchased. The 2021 theme is “From Local - to Global,” the proceeds will support The Artists Fund at the Festival of Arts for struggling artists.
There is also the Festival of Arts Permanent Art Collection that is dedicated to protecting the art show's and Laguna Beach’s rich cultural history. You can find the Permanent Art Collection at foaNorth; it includes over 1,000 works.
