When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a well-stocked kiosk that offers a variety of maps and all sorts of information on the various trails that are available to take.
Although there are numerous trails to explore within this preserve, you'll want to head out on the Marsh Trail to see this unique boardwalk that snakes its way through the canyon.
Signs for each trail are clearly marked so there's no risk in getting turned around out here. Just follow the arrow and you'll be on your way to the boardwalk trail.
In addition to this destination being quite beautiful and unique, one of the benefits of this trail is that it's wheelchair accessible so virtually anyone can spend some time out in nature to enjoy the scenery.
As with anything outside in nature, you'll also want to be aware of the dangers in the area. Take note of the signage calling out that mountain lions are in the area.
Did you know there was a boardwalk trail in Southern California? It’s definitely one hiking destination that should be at the top of your list.
