The noodles are drenched in a creamy cheese sauce made with cheddar, mozzarella, and jack cheeses, then topped with green onions and - you guessed it - Cheetos. Not just any Cheetos, but Flaming Hot Cheetos!
The Attic has distinct menus for brunch, supper, and "intermission" (between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.) and the one thing that appears on them all is Mac and Cheetos.
