Wander Through 20 Acres Of Fragrant Lavender Fields At This Lavender Festival In Southern California
In the late spring and summer, there’s a lavender festival in Southern California that will transport you to purple fields of fresh lavender. Each summer, the 123 Farm at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn hosts a lavender festival to celebrate the beginning of the lavender harvest season. It allows visitors a chance to come and walk through the fragrant fields, enjoy food from the custom lavender menu, and participate in different cultural activities out on the farm.
Take a look at this video from 123 Farm showcasing the 2022 lavender festival, for an idea of what to expect:
The 2023 edition of the festival is taking place from May 5 through July 23, 2023. Peak bloom is from mid-June to mid-July. This year, the festival takes place in the evening hours, from 5 to 10 PM, so you can get beautiful sunset photos of the lavender fields! Over 100,000 lights adorn the farm at night, and live music will be playing every night from 6:30 to 9 PM.
