That's right: Not only is the cost of living in SoDak significantly lower than other states, but we do not have to pay state income taxes either. Jealous?

While we here in South Dakota are fortunate in that we get to enjoy all four seasons, we are unfortunate in that we have to deal with the extreme version of each (especially come winter time with all the ice, snow, and consistently freezing temperatures).
