2020 has turned the world on its head, and many of our favorite traditions have come to a screeching halt because of it. Fortunately, a few of South Dakota’s most loved events will still be making an appearance this year, including the festive and fun Deadweird:
Taking place on October 30th and 31st, 2020, Deadweird promises something a "little crazy, a little spooky, and a WHOLE lot of fun!"
Located in Deadwood (get it - Deadwood and Deadweird?), Deadweird offers something fun for everyone on both days of the event, beginning with the 8th annual Monster Ball on Friday at 7 p.m., which includes live entertainment, dancing, prizes, and more.
On Saturday night (Halloween), get ready to celebrate in style, as Deadweird will be throwing both a costume contest and party complete with dancing, drinks, and quirky outfits galore.
Can you come up with a clever costume to wear to Deadweird? If so, you may get a cut of the $10,000 worth of cash and prizes!
Please note: Deadweird is a free event but is only available to guests 21+.
Do you see why Deadweird was named a winner of 605 Magazine's 2019-2020 "Best Of"?
