On the weekend, there is no better way to spend your time than treasure hunting at one of South Dakota’s world-class antique stores. If you want to make the experience even better, however, there is only one way to do so, which is by also visiting some of our locally-owned coffee shops! Do you want to save time and get the most bang for your buck? Then follow our day trip itinerary that combines the best coffee and antique stores in South Dakota (link to the interactive map can be found here):
What better way to kick off a day of antiquing than by fueling up on caffeine at Sturgis Coffee Company?! Opened in 2000, Sturgis Coffee has everything from a laid-back atmosphere to unbeatable gourmet drinks. Yum!

After wandering around St. Joe's for a while, it is time to refuel at Pure Bean! Located in Chamberlain, the Old West Trading Post lives up to its name with an impressive collection of Old West memorabilia, plus books, vintage clothing, and turn-of-the-century furniture. 5. Second Impression Palace Antique Mall (Mitchell)
You know Mitchell as being home to the world's only corn palace, but did you know that it is also home to one of the best antique shops in the state? Welcome to Second Impression; a multi-vendor shop that - like St. Joe's - has 2 floors of beautiful antiques and treasures.
