What’s better than a juicy steak? A restaurant that serves you as much steak as you want…until you’re stuffed! Here’s a restaurant in Sioux Falls that does just that.
Carnaval Brazilian Grill is a unique dining experience. If you love steak (and also pork, chicken, lamb and shrimp), this is the place to be....but bring your appetite.
The restaurant is located at 2401 S. Carolyn Avenue, Sioux Falls.
At this restaurant, you don't order one entree. The delicious food is served in the style of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, where gauchos carve freshly-roasted meat tableside.
The gauchos will keep coming back as much as you'd like...it's all you can eat.
The meat here is slow-roasted Brazilian style.
Everything you'll try at this restaurant is so fresh that it just finished cooking mere moments before it's at your table.
Start your meal off with a salad and fixings from the Salad Bar and Brazilian Style Hot Bar.
Pile your plate high with green salad, prepared salads, and Brazilian favorites like feijoada (a stew served over rice).
When you return to your table, flip your table token from red to green so the gauchos will know that you're ready for your main course.
Gauchos bring different skewers to your table so that you can try everything on the menu. The steaks are tasty, but you'll also want to try the other meats, like the parmesan pork sirloin, guava bbq pork, and shrimp. When you need a break to digest, flip your table token back to red.
The cinnamon roasted pineapple is a house specialty.
It's sweet and delicious - you'll love it!
Enjoy a margarita or mojito with your meal.
Save some room for dessert, if you can.
The desserts are yummy, but we'll understand if you can't fit a morsel more in...we've been here.
Visit Carnaval Brazilian Grill Monday through Saturday from 4 PM to 10 PM; closed Sunday.
Have you enjoyed the steak at Carnaval Brazilian Grill? We’d love to hear about your meal!
