Do you consider yourself to be somewhat of an Anglophile but can’t scrape together the funds to actually visit the U.K.? Despite this being the case for most of us, we are happy to report that South Dakota is home to an authentic British Pub where you can eat, drink, and be merry. Lads and lasses: We present to you the Wobbly Bobby.
Located in Rapid City, the Wobbly Bobby is about as close to British as you can get in the Mount Rushmore State, thanks to not only its food and drink but U.K.-inspired ambiance.
Housed in the alley behind Main Street Square, the Wobbly Bobby showcases tons of European-inspired features that will make you think you have been whisked away to the land of queens and kings.
As if you needed another reason to love the Wobbly Bobby, you will find a whopping 48+ beers on tap (plus various liquors), all of which even the most prestigious dukes and duchesses would approve.
Now let's talk food, shall we? British pubs are known for certain kinds of food, which the Wobbly Bobby delivers via their freshly made meat pies...
...iconic fish and chips...
...and good, old-fashioned, stick-to-your-ribs bar food.
Do you want to learn even more about the Wobbly Bobby before you go? Visit their website for special events, menu options, and more!
