1. Riley Waterfront Park - Charleston
Explore a half mile of Charleston's beautiful harbor in this 12 acre park that features a fishing pier and two large fountains. Charleston's famed pineapple fountain can be found in this park, named for former Charleston Mayor, Joseph P. Riley. 1 Vendue Range. Open 24 hours. Admission: free
2. Liberty Bridge - Greenville
The uniquely designed 345-foot bridge in downtown Greenville is ultimately supported by a single suspension cable. It also delivers awe-inspiring views of one of the best urban waterfalls in the nation. 601 S Main Street. Open 6am-11pm. Admission: free.
3. Conway Riverwalk - Conway
Retreat to a peaceful stroll along the Waccamaw River on the Conway Riverwalk. You'll find shady benches and quiet spots along the .75 mile waterfront oasis. 2nd Avenue. Open 6am-11pm. Admission: free
4. Apache Pier - Myrtle Beach
From the Apache Pier, you can check out the view, fish, see live music, and shop. The longest wooden pier on the East Coast is also a stellar spot to enjoy views of the Atlantic.

5. Larry W. Abernathy Waterfront Park - Clemson
Catch front row views of Lake Hartwell in this little park with a boardwalk around an inlet on the lake. The park also features a picnic shelter. 207 Keowee Trail. Open 8am-9pm. Admission: free
6. Georgetown Harborwalk - Georgetown
Shop and dine along the docks behind Georgetown's Front Street. The riverfront location of this attraction makes it one of the best places in town to enjoy the sunset. Front Street. Open 24 hours. Admission: free.
7. Devils Fork State Park - Salem
Nothing says waterfront attraction like Lake Jocassee. You'll love this deep canyon lake in the heart of the South Carolina mountains — and the views!

8. Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park - Beaufort
Enjoys sweeping views of the Beaufort River from the city's most prominent park. Located along the bay front, the park also offers cozy swings for enjoying the breeze and views of Woods Memorial Bridge. Bay Street. Open 24 hours. Admission: free.
9. South Cove County Park - Seneca
You'll be almost completely surrounded by Lake Keowee at this county park that offers fishing, hiking, picnicking and camping. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views in every direction. 1099 S Cove Road., Open 10am-7pm. Admission: free, however fees may be charged for amenities such as camping.
10. Myrtle Beach Skywheel - Myrtle Beach
Air-conditioned views like these are hard to come by in MB, unless you're staying in a beachfront hotel or condo. The 187-foot tall Ferris wheel has cool gondolas that easily fit you and five or your closest friends.
