Even though it’s not quite spring in South Carolina, the daffodils are beginning to bloom, and at the quaint family farm that goes by U Pick Daffodils in Bluffton, you can pick your own flowers for just 30 cents a stem. As you wander throughout the beautiful, yellow daffodil plants, you’ll feel the warmth of spring upon the bright flowers. This small operation only runs when the flowers are plentiful, so make sure to call ahead, but typically late winter and early spring are prime times to pick your own daffodils at U Pick Daffodils in South Carolina.
During prime picking conditions, these daffodils are only 30 cents per stem. If you don't feel up to picking your own, you can purchase pre-picked flowers as well. Don't forget to bring a cash or check, as they do not accept credit cards!
Though U Pick Daffodils is usually open during the weekends in February or March, you'll want to call ahead or join their email list to ensure you're able to pick flowers when you plan your visit.
