Craving a different dining experience than the usual places you always end up heading to in a pinch? Why not plan a day trip over to visit an eclectic little cafe that’s anything but usual? There are many reasons to make a trip over to Camden. Aside from the annual Revolutionary War Field Days, you can visit a charming Quaker cemetery or just enjoy browsing the shops in historic downtown Camden. But a visit here without including a taste of The Loopy Lemon’s delectable fare just wouldn’t be complete.
The Loopy Lemon has been a part of Camden culture for longer than its brick and mortar location, which just opened in December 2019.
Prior to opening at 611 Rutledge Street in historic downtown Camden, The Loopy Lemon was a wildly popular food truck worth seeking out in various places within the local community.
Choose from traditional favorites like the Italian — a marinated, grilled chicken breast served with lettuce and tomato on French bread. Or perhaps the day's menu will include seafood tacos, or a pimento BLT.
The menu also includes some brunch items, so skip breakfast and savor the thought of a bowl of creamy grits with sweet, fresh shrimp on top. You'll also find a variety of other perfect-for-brunchtime items like bagels, crepes, and more.
Looking for a reason to get out of the house this weekend? Why not take a little road trip over to Camden to check out the sights — and The Loopy Lemon?!
The Loopy Lemon is open five days per week: Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Learn more and see the daily menu board by following its Facebook page here. Have you discovered the goodness found at The Loopy Lemon? We’d love to hear from you in the comments!
