And if you’re not, there’s still plenty to enjoy at this county park, so tag along for the ride and just hang back on this part of the outing.

Not all canopy walks are created equal. The one at Lynches River County Park proves that some of them are definitely more scary than others. For starters, this one has a LOT of swinging bridges.

In addition to the canopy walk, other activities you can partake in at Lynches River County Park include hiking, a splash pad (seasonal), kayak and canoe rentals, archery, and geocaching. Learn more from the official website for Lynches River County Park. The canopy walk is found at the Environmental Discovery Center. It’s open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. (Closed on Monday.)
