Once the sun sets on the Grand Strand, it's next to impossible to pass by Sun City Cafe without at least a curious look through the windows at the explosion of fun that beams out into the street.
Deliciously quirky colorful confetti and flowers hang from the ceiling, and different hues of light spill through the space.
