With a population of approximately 130, Pawleys Island is one of South Carolina’s smallest and most charming towns. It’s one of the oldest summer resorts on the east coast, situated 70 miles north of Charleston and 25 miles south of Myrtle Beach. And tucked away in this tiny town just so happens to be one of the nicest restaurants in America known as Frank’s and Frank’s Outback, one of the best small town restaurants in South Carolina.
