But don't overlook the wall behind the oven. It's covered with hundreds and hundreds of raw wood cuts. They were all obtained from trees that were downed by Hurricane Matthew, the most powerful storm to hit South Carolina in the 2016 season. Beaufort and the surrounding area was especially affected by the storm.
