Almost three years later, the jacket contained 16,333 buttons and weighed 16 pounds. But Dalton didn't stop there. He sewed buttons to his shoes, his hat, and even glued them to his guitar. Dalton's strange, but impressive work was featured on local newspapers and CNN. He even appeared on the Tonight Show and David Letterman.
