If you love discovering new and exciting places to explore in South Carolina, then you’re in luck! There’s a little known barrier island between Myrtle Beach and Charleston that has seven miles of undeveloped shoreline, including a beach that’s a photographer’s dream. Take a look.
Boneyard Beach is on the northern end of a little known South Carolina island called "Bull Island."
It's the perfect place to spend the day exploring, so pack a picnic lunch and wear comfortable shoes (not sandals) so you can see all this amazing island (and beach) has to offer.
A tour service called Coastal Expeditions runs year-round and has several different tours you can take, including one that drops you right on Boneyard Beach. (The Bulls Island Ferry!)
Want to book passage on the ferry over to the island? Coastal Expeditions operates the ferry and has you covered. Book early to assure you get the dates you want.
