Your Little Rhode Islanders Will Absolutely Love The New Zoo School
Rhode Island’s iconic Roger Williams Park is a beloved gathering place for families, especially during spring break and the summer months. But while walking paths and other open spaces at the park are currently open, the Roger Williams Park Zoo is closed temporarily to help keep everyone healthy.
But we have good news for your young Rhode Islanders waiting patiently at home. The team at the zoo has found away to bring the animals to you through Zoo School.

In 1986, it became the first zoo in New England to earn accreditation from the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.

It's also known for its fun annual events, like the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular held every October. There are also numerous concerts, children's events, and even family overnights.

The zoo staff knows this is a bummer for everyone who was hoping to go to the zoo in the near future. And so... they created Zoo School.

But if you forget or have to miss one, don't worry -- all episodes are available on the zoo's website.

There's even a fun activity for kids to do at home, which is especially helpful right now.

In the meantime, Zoo School is both fun and educational.
Ready to go to Zoo School? All episodes can be streamed here. And if you’re feeling generous, you can make a donation to help the zoo.
