Feast On Stuffed Quahogs And Classic New England Seafood At Top Of The Bay In Rhode Island
Once upon a time, in 1908, a Rhode Island governor named D. Russell Brown had a summer house built at Oakland Beach in Warwick. Many decades later, it was converted into one of our favorite seafood spots. Top of the Bay Restaurant is still going strong, and their local delicacies are better than ever.

This isn't the first restaurant to occupy the former governor's summer home, but it's certainly the one with the most staying power.

Locals and tourists alike tend to love this place for the tasty food and friendly service.
