Now that the temperatures have started to cool down a little bit, it’s a great time to head outside for a hike! At Sprague Farm Town Forest, you can hike through a beautiful woodland setting while checking out the remnants of a 200-year-old farm.

Encompassing over 985 acres, the Sprague Farm Town Forest is preserved by the Glocester Land Trust. The former farmland dates back over 200 years making this a unique property to explore.

There are over ten different trails to check out varying from winding paths through fern forests to wider abandoned farm roads that pass over old stone bridges.
