Ogie's Trailer Park Bar Serves The Most Scrumptious Comfort Food In Rhode Island
Have you ever wanted to take a trip back in time? We’ve come a long way as a society since the 1960s, but there was certainly something charming about that era. And since the time machine is likely many years away from being invented, we highly suggest checking out Ogie’s Trailer Park Bar in Providence. If the retro 60s decor doesn’t win you over, the Mac & Cheese Croquettes will.

Dan and Jessica Becker own and operate this delightful place. The bar was inspired by Dan's childhood, but also by the many trips he and Jessica have taken to Austin.

Jessica studied the mid-century modern style of the late 50s and early 60s and collected items from the bar over time. As you can see, it worked out well.

Not only is there a tiki bar trailer out back that slings Mai Tais and Pina Coladas all summer, but inside, Granny Boo's Kitchen serves classic comfort food with modern twists that would make anyone in the 60s jealous.

You haven't lived until you've tried Ranch dusted tots or French Canadian tots (which include bacon lardons and goat cheese).

They come with a side of 'bloody mary-nara' for dipping.

The brunch menu is as big as the regular menu, and everything is scrumptious.

It's clear that a lot of attention to detail was given as the bar was being constructed -- and that's why stepping inside this place feels like going back in time.

They close at 1 a.m. Sunday - Thursday, and on Friday and Saturday nights, you can stay until 2 a.m.
Visit this one-of-a-kind trailer park bar the next time you’re in Providence — those flavored tots await you.
