The Napatree Point Conservation Area Hike In Rhode Island Is Positively Amazing
Located on the outskirts of the town of Westerly, the Napatree Point Conservation Area is a quiet, secluded stretch of beach perfect for bird watching and seaside strolls. And if you’re up for a nice, easy trek, there happens to be a 3.2-mile loop trail that encompasses it all. Take in the scenic views and enjoy a little peace and quiet on this relaxing hike.

The area is owned, maintained and managed by y the Audubon Society and the Watch Hill Fire District, and they do a wonderful job.

And since it's a nice, easy, flat trek, it's a great hike for all skill levels.

It's safe to say you'll never have the same experience twice.

You also might spot some deer or a raccoon if you're lucky.

Dogs are also permitted, but they're restricted 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. -- and since there are sensitive shorebird nesting areas just off the beach, you'll want to make sure to keep them on the trail.

As you can see, sunsets here are especially amazing.
