Over the last several decades, this spot has served as a gas station, restaurant, clam shack, and dairy bar.
Joseph Monahan was the original owner of the clam shack, and it has remained in the family ever since he opened it.

It's currently owned by his grandson, Matthew Combs, who has also dabbled in the food truck business.
The views alone would be enough to sell people on a place like this... but luckily, the food happens to be delicious.
