However, we’ve got some pretty amazing forested areas, too, that will make us feel a million miles away from the rest of the world. You won’t need a ton of time to follow this trail at Mowry Conservation Area in Rhode Island. However, you’ll probably want to take your time to savor every tranquil moment.
A tiny woodland paradise measuring just 44 acres in Smithfield, Mowry Conservation Area promises an abundance of peace and quiet.
Tallying just .08 of a mile, the Mowry Conservation Area Trail earns an easy rating. It's perfect for a bit of exploring for adventurers of all ages, including the little ones.
If you're a beginning hiker, you'll find this is the perfect trail to start out on. No matter your skill level, don't forget to lather on the bug spray and bring some along, too.
You won't need a ton of time to follow the trail either. Allot at least a half an hour, although you might want to stop along the way to admire the scenery.
Pups are allowed along the trail, but remember to clean up after your dog. (Keep an eye out for those who don't, so you don't step in an unwanted surprise.)
