Rhode Island certainly has no shortage of natural beauty. With views of all kinds available in such a small state, it can be mind boggling to decide which spot to spend the day exploring. Wickaboxet Management area in West Greenwich has so much to see. At nearly 700 acres of untouched land, the area might seem overwhelming, but fortunately the main trail around the area is the best way to see as much of this gorgeous chunk of land as possible.
Just make sure not to rush your time there, it can be easy to try and conquer the length without looking around, but you'll miss so much natural beauty.
There are gorgeous water views to take in along your hike as well as wildflowers, cliffs, boulders, and if you look very carefully, maybe some native wildlife.
This gorgeous trail truly has so much to offer for any kind of hiker, you can even choose to do a shorter chunk of the trail and still see an awful lot of the management area.
