Get ready to take a spin in one of the newest innovations to hit the ice. The Providence Rink at the Alex and Ani City Center was the first outdoor skating rink to bring bumper cars to their winter playground.
Fun for all ages, the rates are $12 for 20 minutes of ice time and riders ages 3-5 are free. To ride a car by yourself, individuals must be at least 6 years old and 42 inches tall. To carry a passenger, you must be 16 years old and the rider must be 3-5 years old.
The bumper cars are easy to operate with two joysticks controlling the motion. It's like playing a video game where instead of watching a screen, you're right in the center of the action!
