This Former Gas Station Is Now A Rhode Island Restaurant, And It's Delightful
Fueling up on delicious food is one of our favorite pastimes here in Rhode Island, and for good reason — our dining scene includes some of New England’s best eateries. That’s certainly the case for Huck’s Filling Station, a former gas station turned casual fine dining spot. The decor here is minimalist in nature, but the cuisine is anything but.

The owners, Ed Brady, Jeff Quinlan and executive chef Andrea Leonardo, launched one of the Ocean State's top restaurants, Milk Money -- so they're certainly no strangers to out-of-the-box buildings.

As you can imagine, this presented a host of issues over the last year. But the team got creative with takeout and outdoor dining options, and the restaurant survived.

But no matter where you decide to seat, you're truly in for a treat when it comes to your meal.

The team takes advantage of the four full seasons Rhode Island experiences and uses local bounty while being inspired by trends around the world.

All menus rotate regularly, so you can have a new favorite every time you go.

Not only are they extremely creative, they're true works of art.

If you're not quite comfortable with indoor dining yet, feel free to order online and they'll have your meal waiting when you arrive to pick it up.
