The Oxford Tavern is located in East Providence in a simple, unassuming building on Waterman Avenue.

This is typically a local gathering spot from Wednesday - Saturday.
The menu offers a combination of classic Italian dishes, Portuguese fare, and nightly specials that could fall into practically every category.

When you're seated at your table, your server will bring you a water glass filled with crispy fried spaghetti in lieu of breadsticks. It only gets better from there.
