Hiking’s pretty much the perfect activity. Think about it. Whether we’re newbies or seasoned hikers, we can find a trail that matches our skills. We get to see parts of Rhode Island we might never see, especially when passing by in a car, and there are so many amazing trails throughout the state. What could be better? Not much, except maybe setting off on this can’t beat trail in Coventry, Rhode Island.
You won't need a lot of time - half an hour tops - for your stroll along the Whipple Conservation Area Loop Trail in Coventry.
While the trail, which will take you over the Best Buddy Bridge, is easy, you do have to pay attention as you walk. Hikers warn that there are quite a few roots that jut out of the ground.
The trail can get quite busy at times, so be prepared to run into other hikers. It sometimes gets quieter, with both adventurers and bugs, in the cooler months.
