Rhode Islanders, rejoice. After a brief mandated closure this year, the Biomes Marine Biology Center has opened its doors to the public again. And since extra precautions are being taken to ensure everyone’s health and safety, there’s never been a better time to round up the family and go.

The Biomes Marine Biology Center is located on Post Road in North Kingstown, where it has remained since its 1989 opening.

The Biomes is actually New England’s only private marine education facility, and it also happens to be the largest aquarium in Rhode Island.
