If there is any type of cuisine synonymous with Rhode Island, it’s seafood. We’re called the Ocean State for a reason. With over 400 miles of coastline, it’s hard to drive more than five miles without finding a spot to get some delicious fresh seafood. We are so lucky to not only have access to all this fantastic food but to have festivals that celebrate it! The Rhode Island Seafood Festival, held in Providence each year, will be celebrating its 14th event in 2024. It’ll be taking over India Point Park on September 7-8, 2024, and we’re already salivating in anticipation of all the delicious bounty of the sea that will be served!
