Spring is underway and this year looks like it’s going to be quite a bit different than 2020. Many of the beloved activities and festivals will return, allowing us to start packing our schedules with fun again. If you’re still on the lookout for more fun this season, plan a visit to the Pennsylvania Maple Festival, an annual tradition that’s jam-packed with family-friendly activities and events.
The Pennsylvania Maple Festival returns to Meyersdale for its 74th year, and the fun runs April 24-25, 2021, and from April 28 to May 2, 2021, at the Festival Park Complex.
Bring a hearty appetite with you to the festival, especially if you’re a fan of real maple syrup. The festival will host pancake meals with fluffy pancakes drenched in maple syrup.
Don’t worry if you get a bit hungry or thirsty during your day of fun. The festival will also host a full fleet of concession stands in Festival Park, on Center Street, and on Main Street.
Sample a collection of alcoholic beverages at the Sit & Sip Garden where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a few drinks. Admission to the Sit & Sip Garden is $10 per person.
Are you planning to go to the Pennsylvania Maple Festival this year? Or have you gone to this annual festival past? What did you think? Share your experience in the comments! If you’re still filling your spring calendar, consider a visit to Terra Farms in Spring Grove, where you can pick your own flowers on select days.
