Summer will slowly begin fading away before we know it, which means we have to pack in as much fun as we can. (Don’t worry, though, because fall’s right around the corner, and it brings with it a ton of fun, too.) Summer’s flowers will soon give way to autumn’s rustic colors, so it’s more than fitting to say goodbye to summer in Pennsylvania with a visit to this flower festival.
Bid a fond farewell to summer with a visit to The Second Annual Ports Farm Flower Festival, slated for weekends from August 6 through September 11, 2022.
The popular Waterford destination will welcome guests for a full menu of family-friendly fun on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
That gives you plenty of time to plan your visit to this five-acre flower farm, where you’ll get to stop, smell, snap photos, and even pick the flowers.
Bring the whole family – pups welcome, too – that will feature several special events. Blow bubbles and admire butterflies at the Blooms, Butterflies, and Bubbles event on August 13 and 14.
General admission tickets can be purchased online and include a full menu of activities – from the adventure course to pedal carts. One pick-your-own flower is also included in the cost of admission.
