The easiest way to explore the 243-acre natural area is by following the scenic 2.8-mile loop trail that's rated easy. Even with its easy rating, the trail doesn't get too busy, which is ideal if you're seeking peace and quiet.
While the natural area is beautiful all year round, you'll definitely want to visit during the fall foliage and in the spring when the colorful wildflowers are in bloom.
